Refund policy

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Original packaging must be included

• Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Please include your order number and reason for return. Returns must be authorized before being sent back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.
